I was just having a better look at your pictures. All of them match your rules except the 3rd one where you mark an entry with the kijun-sen line below the TMA5 median. Can you explain please? By the way, it would be nice to see more pictures if you ...

Hello. First of all I want to congratulate to the thread starter Michailo (although he seems to have long disappeared), and even more to Nasap who seems to have brought it back to life in a more than brilliant way. I used to trade renko a couple of ...

@ loveevery1 would the entry on the open of that bar be valid? The TDI signalled a few candles earlier but the 1st candle to close below the 200 ema was the one marked by a vertical line.

Just for practising purpose I found this setup which happened yesterday on AJ m15. Red and yellow were crossed at the same time and next bar closed below the 10 ema. Or maybe the red line still needs to be below the yellow? I'm not sure now. It was ...

Hi loveevery1. First of all let me thank you for sharing this nice simple system. I bumped into this thread only today and managed to read it in a few hours, then decided to apply it live (on a demo of course) and that's some trades I took. I just ...

Hello. I only stumbled in this thread today. Thanks to Dean for sharing. I looked at SD zones in the past after watching several videos by Sam Seiden and could never make up my mind about the right zones. Dean's strategy looks much easier ...

Thanks plamen to you and the others for your great additions. I get this annoying overlapping of text and that straight pink line, as you see in the picture. It's not just the size of the window though, as it happens if the window is maximized as ...

Doubt — I have a little doubt now: is bar #1 a short setup bar since its high was lower than the previous blue bar? Strictly according to the definition it should be, but this wouldn't match the talk we were having about S/R yesterday. Of ...

Reversal short triggered, trade closed at -112. Now we're in from 1.3856, with SL at 1.4061. @ AlexL I'm taking the pics while showing the scale as well this time. I hate cluttering up the thread with big pics.

SL and pending buy adjusted to 1.4022, while the SL for the buy order goes to 1.3856. @ fourxtrader In the pic attached the red arrow marks the entry bar for the current short while the 2 horizontal lines at the bottom mark the levels I just ...

Just to update my view: we've been short since 1.4815 and the actual SL is at 1.4521. So we've locked 294 pips! Hats off to Sterling once again! A buy order is pending at the same level, with a SL at 1.4355. And with the latest news from ...

SL and and pending reversal sell order moved to 1.4799 + opposite buy SL @ 1.4966. I hope the lack of replies here means I'm getting it right.
- alright replied Jan 16, 2009
After 2 more subsequent short setup bars the current situation is: SL and pending reversal sell order @ 1.4757 + opposite buy SL @ 1.4899.
- alright replied Jan 15, 2009
The reversal bar that triggered the buy order has now become a short setup bar. The SL moves to its low minus 5 pips i.e. 1.4619 (with a reversal sell order as well) and an opposite buy SL goes to 1.4684.

Right. Now we're long once again @ 1.4646 with a stop loss @ 1.4468.

Thanks for encouraging jt. My view now is that we have a short setup bar, so our stop loss for the current long has been moved to 1.4578 and we've also entered a sell order at the same level with a stop loss at 1.4656.
