I'm new too trading and have just started demoing but isn't it different in the fact that in the real market you will deal with slippage? I think the emotional difference is only for the weak minded who fail too be able to stick to a plan.

stop losses give me a sense of security. Why don't stop losses give you the same sense of security as hedging? I'm new to too trading and curious too know.

I'm just beginning only on demo's, I just began demoing too early to call myself profitable, I know there is no gold mine system, you'r breaking simple risk management rules.. blowing tons of money.

perfect example paul! also funny how if only 2% of traders succeed that isn't necessarily a bad thing. a very small percentage of people are also extremely wealthy, showing it is possible.
