Trade Explorer and myfxbook only started around 4/10 and I did very little trading the last 10 days of April. This is definitively a system that needs attention to do very well. As I've stated from the beginning, the SL is twice the TP so one has to ...

Market has to be open

Hope you enjoyed your holidays! Last week was my worst week with this system. A lot of personal issues going on and lack of focus showed in my weekly results. This is a business where you're in with 100% or stay out. I don't believe in luck...I ...

If I'm a couple points away from TP and I have to leave my screen for some reason, yes I will move to BE. Also anytime I decide to risk going for more than the 2 brick TP I will move to BE.

Wishing all a Smart and Focused day of trading as well. (sorry Patmontes...I don't believe in luck )

My last 2 trading days are the result of what happens without 100% focus. Dealing with several home front issues the last couple of days have left me little time to focus on the markets...and my results are a direct reflection of that. A good ...

Hello bibi, You really need to spend some time learning about Renko/Range charts. EA's used in these types of charting are not EA's that open and close trades...they are the EA that simply create pip based charts as opposed to time based charts.

Honestly...I never look at them. I just want to have one of them below/above their respective OB/OS area.
- SmokeyD replied Apr 22, 2014

For me...As long as the Williams% and MOM_TC are not BOTH buried in OB or OS. If they are...I will usually pass on that pair.
- SmokeyD replied Apr 22, 2014
We know there will be failed trades. EDIT: Please check you MA2 on the MOM_TC window...it looks like an EMA? Should me Smoothed. I ask again...post screen shots of the included package indis only. It is important to have all our charts consistent. ...

Open your offline GJ chart and post a screen shot.
- SmokeyD replied Apr 22, 2014
What I see is a GJ M5 chart. 1) Did you load the EA on to a GJ M1 chart? 2) Did you open the offline chart the EA created?

Same here.

Here is a setup that happens often. Price returning to the same level, but momentum and strength indicating 2 different outcomes. Look how much stronger the likelihood of price rising is on the second green vertical line...and you can see the result.

Hello All, As I viewed the last few screen shots from you, something did not look right. Indicator #2, the MA's attached to the Momentum indi MOM_TC should be a Simple MA2 and a Simple MA8 per my Post#4. Iv'e seen some screen shots posted here with ...

Watch it carefully! You should have been out of that trade with 2 bricks profit already...and 1290.00 is holding fairly strong.

Go to your XAUUSD M1 chart...open up the EA (click on the smiley face) and just hit ok...that will refresh the offline chart...let me know if that kick started it.
