Good information on this thread. I went looking through the EUR/USD to try and find an OFG. Would this be considered a liquidity trap example?

I am finding OFT to be great. I learned a lot from DS and the crew on his website and in the chat room. Highly recommend checking it out if you want to advance your trading career.

Was hoping for a fast response here versus the tech. support because some of you might have experienced the same problem: image

There's another version coming? D'aw, that's pretty cool, but I'm trying to shy away from MT4, because no serious trader should really use that bloated piece of junk.

Thanks for posting examples, but IIRC, today was a Tokyo bank holiday.

Then you have to wonder why a bucket shop/market maker broker like OANDA, whose transaction volumes are creating WAY more profits than a trader ever will, even needs to charge us fees when they can easily absorb the cost, if there is any (by that, I ...

1. I don't rely on EA's as much as other people do. They are mostly stupid and useless and distract a trader from actually trading and looking at the charts. 2. The only EA that I use doesn't allow me to define a set portion of my equity to put in a ...

Using risk-based trading (ie. 2% of your equity goes into a trade which determines your lot size).

Let's say you make $5,000/day, but want to withdraw half profit each time to not increase your lot size too fast. That would mean said person needs to withdraw once a day. That is A LOT of fees.

Another wonderful trade/chart analysis. Please keep them coming! I love learning from somebody who actually shows what they are accomplishing while they trade. Gives me motivation and inspiration to learn and better my own trading habits and skills.

I'm located in Canada. Trying to choose between OANDA or GO Markets [and MB Trading at a later date] at the moment, since GO seems to have raving reviews, but my concern is that since I'm so far away from Australia, I'm going to have difficulties ...

Highly intriguing system actually. Love how it plays off supply/demand zones and price action. How would one transverse it over to an M5/M1 TF? As well, what are exit signals and how do we avoid false breakouts?

My problem is that it seems to me that the stochastics and ADX/DMI contradict each other. When ADX/DMI shows the instrument is ranging (<20)m stochastics will show overbought/oversold conditions and a lot of good trades can't be taken because a lack ...

I'm sorry, I didn't know that today was assume you know better than person in regards day. To me, it honestly seems you need to stop joining the bandwagon, because your main strife, it appears, is that I'm 'not a programmer', which has no relevance ...

For the love of god though, stop continuing the argument. I'm done with it, no hard/past feelings.

Way to take stuff out of context. The amount of ignorance I'm seeing is unbelievable. I meant that as a GENERALITY, not applied to this piece of work. And yes, I've said this before, therefore, you must not have read 'a little bit closer'.

I have a couple of questions: 1. Regarding the Guppy MMA's, they are EMA's applied to the close? 2. The Stochastic is just a regular stochastic with settings of (5,3,3), price field is low/high, MA method is simple?

What's the deal with "Hello Sailor" on my chart? I would prefer it gone.
