I expect the price to retrace to 1977 by Asian but it didn't. Very weird and I don't quite understand why not, especially with DXY gaining.

Thanks for sharing, really appreciated. According to investing.com's calendar, FOMC member Mester speaks soon. It is rated as a 2-star impact event but Waller's speech didn't seem to have any impact.

Yesterday's data actually bode well, very well for USD strength, but after a short bearish move, Gold recovered and did not lose any ground. I'm very perturbed by that, do you have any analysis/answers as to why that happened?

Gold has been making a few fake bearish moves during NY open and then retracing back before ending the day bullish. I'm not sure if I want to bet on Gold being bearish during NY.
