The "certain" decisions of the USA has no real effect on the world price, supply, and demand. The USA will only either accumulate more in ETF's to be dumped later or they will begin dumping.

I don't understand the point of a visual representation when we can all( for the most part ) read. It is like seeing a diagram of the entire population next to the debt divided by their amount. (300 million people standing next to one persons debt)
