$2.50 per side on a 20k EUR/USD trade significantly increases the cost to trade...effectively increasing the spread 1.25 pips.

I wasn't suggesting IB would be expensive as a PB...I do not have a large enough account to even know the terms...I'm saying as an individual trading small sizes- usually 20-50k a clip, $2.50 commission per side is high in my opinion.

Sure- I've heard that some Currenex brokers don't want automated scalping systems on their platforms. I'm working with a developer on such a strategy now and I'm curious who will accept scalping strategies.

Does LCG's Currenex have problems with API traders? I've called around a few Currenex brokers and have been told it depends on how aggressive my strategy is..
