Annual consumer price inflation was 5,0% in June 2026, up from 4,5% in May 2026. The CPI increased by 0,7% month-on-month in June 2026. The main contributors to the 5,0% annual inflation rate were: • transport (12,7% and contributing 1,7 percentage points); • housing and utilities (5,5% and contributing 1,3 percentage points); and • insurance and financial services (5,9% and contributing 0,6 of a percentage point) In June 2026, the annual inflation rate for: • goods was 4,8%, up from 4,4% in May 2026; and • services was 5,2%, up from 4,7% in May 2026 {table}
