Global gold miner Barrick Mining Corporation has subscribed for 15.4-million units priced at C$1.35 apiece of Canadian copper and gold explorer Kingfisher Metals Corporation in a private placement for a total consideration of C$20.8-million, for investment purposes. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant - where each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Kingfisher common share at a price of C$1.70 apiece.
