China’s imports of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products declined 17.4% in June from a year earlier, customs data showed on Saturday, as an unfavourable import arbitrage curbed inflows. Volume dropped to 250,000 metric tons, according to data from the General Administration of Customs. Imports during the first half of 2026 totalled 1.88 million tons, down 5.1% from a year earlier.
