In April 2026, production increased again but slowed in the manufacturing sector (+0.4% after +1.3% in March 2026). It slowed even more sharply in industry as a whole (+0.1% after +1.4% in March 2026). In April 2026*, manufacturing output increased again, but at a slower pace (+0.4% after +1.3%). It accelerated in the manufacture of transport equipment (+3.3% after +2.2%) while it increased again in coking and refining (+0.6% after +6.5%), where it reached its highest level since 2019.
