Gold fell on Tuesday, weighed down by fears of elevated inflation ​after renewed U.S.-Iran ​tensions pushed up Brent ​prices and clouded the U.S. interest rate outlook. Spot gold was down 1.1% at $4,521.80 per ounce, as of 0737 GMT.
