The estimated annual inflation of the CPI in March 2026 is 3.3%, recorded with the indicator developed by the INE. This indicator shows an advance of the IPC which, in case of confirmation, assumes that the annual rate increases by one point, but in the month of February it varies by 2.3%. This evolution is due, mainly, to the impact of the prices of fuels and lubricants for personal vehicles. This also affects the lower average electricity consumption, the lower the last year, and the increase in gas prices for heating, which declines in March 2025.
