Precious metal prices continued their rally on Thursday, with gold rising over 1.5% to hit $4,904 for the first time. At 12:51 pm ET, gold jumped 1.62% to sell for $4,904.76 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver rose 4% to $96.38 per ounce, and platinum was up 2.58% to $2,574.345 per ounce at 12:56 pm ET. Palladium advanced 1.07% to $1,867.72 per ounce at the same time. (full story)
