In November 2025, preliminary foreign trade data showed a trade surplus of US$663 million. This compares to a surplus of US$606 million in October. The increase in the trade balance between October and November stemmed from a rise in the non-oil trade surplus—from US$2.736 billion in October to US$2.838 billion in November—and a widening deficit in the oil trade balance—from US$2.129 billion to US$2.175 billion during the same period.
