Good morning and welcome to the third public outreach meeting hosted by the federal banking agencies related to the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act (EGRPRA).1 The bank regulatory system has grown extensively in recent years and has become overly complicated with often conflicting and overlapping requirements.
