French GDP accelerates in the third quarter of 2025 (+0.5% after +0.3%)
Gross domestic product (GDP) in volume* accelerates in the third quarter of 2025: it increases by 0.5%, after +0.3% in the second quarter. Final domestic demand (excluding inventories) increased (contributing +0.3 percentage points to growth after +0.2 percentage points in the second quarter). Gross fixed capital formation rebounded moderately (+0.4% after 0.0%) and household consumption maintained its pace (+0.1% after +0.1%).
