The industrial sector fell 0.2% in July compared to June, remaining predominantly negative since April, when it accumulated a 1.5% loss. As a result, industrial production is 1.7% above its pre-pandemic level (February 2020), but still 15.3% below the record level reached in May 2011. Compared to July 2024, industrial production rose 0.2%. Year-to-date, compared to the same period last year, the industrial sector grew 1.1%, and over 12 months, 1.9%.
