Prices of raw materials purchased by manufacturers operating in Canada, as measured by the Raw Materials Price Index (RMPI), increased 0.3% month over month in July and grew 0.8% year over year. The IPPI rose 0.7% month over month in July, following a 0.5% increase in June. Prices for energy and petroleum products increased 2.7% month over month in July.
