Gross domestic product (GDP) in volume* accelerates moderately in the second quarter of 2025: it increases by 0.3%, after +0.1% in the first quarter. Final domestic demand (excluding inventories) is sluggish (zero contribution to growth after -0.1 points in the first quarter). Household consumption is rebounding slightly (+0.1% after -0.3%) while gross fixed capital formation continues to decline (-0.3% after -0.1%).
