Industrial production in the United States increased by 0.3% in June compared to the previous month, rising more than analysts expected, the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors revealed in its report on Wednesday. Manufacturing output rose by 0.1% in the reported month compared to May and by 0.8% compared to June 2024. Mining declined by 0.3% on a monthly basis and rose by 1.6% on an annual basis. Utilities increased by 2.8% compared to the prior month and declined by 0.8% compared to the same period in the previous year.
