The estimated annual inflation of the CPI in June 2025 is 2.2%, according to the flash indicator prepared by the NSI. This indicator provides a preview of the CPI which, if confirmed, would mean an increase of two tenths in its annual rate, since in May this variation was 2.0%. This development is mainly due to the increase in fuel prices, compared with the decline in June 2024, and, to a lesser extent, to increases in food and non-alcoholic beverages, which were higher than in the same month of the previous year.
