Why the market doesn't need the Fed to cut rates
The Federal Reserve is widely expected to leave interest rates unchanged at its meeting on Wednesday. Some, however, do expect the central bank to cut later this year. Slatestone Wealth chief market strategist and Trader Talk Host Kenny Polcari is not one of them. He explains why in the video above.
