Hi Alan I just rang Pepperstone in Oz and have upgraded my a/c to professional( which I can trade with the same leverage as before) I am sure You would qualify as well!
Just need to pass an easy test and have traded for a year or more above a certain amount of 0.5 of a lot happy Easter Mark
