Always keen to push boundaries, the team at Sahn Eddar lounge at Burj Al Arab in Dubai have created what they call the ‘ultimate gold cappuccino’. The coffee drink is made with 100% Arabica beans and blended with 24-carat gold and then sprinkled with more gold flakes. It is served with grand cru guanaja, a chocolate marshmallow sprinkled with mill-grinded gold for the final indulgence.
