Consumer Price Index June 2021

Annual consumer price inflation was 4,9% in June 2021, down from 5,2% in May 2021. The consumer price index increased by 0,2% month-on-month in June 2021. The main contributors to the 4,9% annual inflation rate were food and non-alcoholic beverages; housing and utilities; transport; and miscellaneous goods and services (Table C on page 6). Food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 6,7% year-on-year, and contributed 1,2 percentage points to the total CPI annual rate of 4,9%.
