Proof Sets and American Silver Eagles held the top four sales slots during the week ended Sept. 13, United States Mint figures show. The 2020 Silver Proof Set ranked third overall, advancing another 3,808 units. It scored a milestone of sorts with its sales through five months reaching atop 265,000. That total could have been higher except the set was unavailable for several weeks with its production impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s set includes a bonus reverse proof nickel.
