I see that fed Chair Powell will speak later this day, I am interested if there will be another hint for Rate Hikes. If so i only can imagine XAUUSD diving more the coming days till solid support levels like 1809..

Just as I said...Goes up to take out the sellers prior to the news. On the news, spike down to take out the buyers. My last sell position just taken out.

I'm wrong 95% of the time, so if I hold that's probably the wrong thing to do and it'll take out my SL. If I close out, that's probably the wrong thing to do and it will rocket in the direction I was trading in.
The Bollinger Band pinch on the 1 hour is both stunning and scary......

this is why you may be having problems trading ...youre looking at useless charts that only nerds and economists bother looking at LOL

you cant trade "yields" instead of clouding your mind with useless drivel like that look at a tradable instrument like ZB or TLT that people buy and sell and form resistence

Please do not look at the market like this.

The market does not know what you are doing, who you are, where you have placed your trades.

The market is a Beast. It will do what it wants, when it wants, how it wants; regardless of anyone's positions, feelings, analyses or studies

(There are times when you take a trade and then the market goes against you, then you pray and pray with blood tears for it to come back. You close your losing trade, only to see it come back to your position and beyond)

Please take emotions out of your trading.....

It's because I see every point on the chart as both a buy and a sell setup. Every single one. Why? Because I can find every pattern in the chart where the same pattern has resolved both ways, and there is always a pattern on one timeframe or another.

If I see something that looks like a buy setup, more likely than not, it will go against me. Vice versa.
