I got three days worth in the London push after sitting on my hands all Asia during a 30 pip Zeppelin Inflection stall lol - waiting for a Breakout.

Then New York, New York - well I was in my bed by then (and as usually happens there can be some major action again hahaaa).

Hi All, Somehow i just could not get a setup during London Session. For me it was fluctuating a bit too much around the RN. 200SMA was also too close for my liking or maybe i just didn't see it. Still learning as we all are. So i waited for NY open since i have had time. I have become a bit particular and choosey since i trade small account and want it to grow. I hardly leave my screen when i have a trade running. Scared, fidgy whatever you call it..lol. For nearly all my trades i look for RN and time as my major confluence(s). There are 1 or 2 setups or candle formations that i have so much confidence in as long as it happens around the RN and at certain times. This was learnt from Bluesteele as he showed not just me but all of us here that how important and useful the NY Equity open and next hour or so can be. All depends on the setup. Doesn't happen all the time but i can confidently say that those who trade NY session should keep an eye 1.5 hours after the US session open, atleast for next 1hr or so. If there is a setup then you can cash in cos it moves well. There is no guarantee as we all know but probability is quite high if we see a setup. The other very important info is if we don't see setups at certain times and around RNs within a few minutes then there is nothing there. By forcing ourselves to locate one we are just confusing ourselves and wavering. As they say hindsight becomes foresight. At times we may not see setups for days. They are there but we are looking for best ones those that have high probability. Patience is the key. My favourite session is 3 hours or so of London session due to other commitments and yesterday i just didn't see any as per my strategy or rules. So had to wait for NY session, especially the Equity hour and this beast showed up. I mostly look for 5 to 10 pips but i was very confident of this setup to move well. Also had ADR on my side. The exit was PDL and NY open. Have notes on my chart. Trade Well All.

I had some running around to do to run then got back
to see my trade setups played out whit out me lol
not going to chase the market never end well for me.

Here is from back in 2010. ATR oscillated between about 170 and 270 pips per day, with excusions into the 300 to 400 pip range.

Okay Asia provided earlier today than yesterday, it varies, and was the low established before ? if so where will be the high?

I have no part in it now and will slip back in pre-Franky to see where they have moved price in-between.

i been struggling with entries : GBPjp from a low 124.07 trend channel starts. looks like immediate high is in and the choppy mess might calm down. hence, am looking 4 short twards trend line looking for a bounce up off trend line, target been upper trend line maybe reaching + 180.00

Still waiting for the reversal...lol.
