For ASIC regulation, ICM and FP Markets are good choices because they are also older brokers that have been in the forex business for over a decade.

I personally prefer the 15 min time frame as a day trader focusing more on multiple stocks, and the longer the watchlist is, the higher the cahrt interval should be.

For lower spreads and higher leverage, I can recommend IC Markets and FP Markets. They both provide a higher leverage of 1:500 with spreads reaching as low as 0 pips in FP Markets' raw standard account and 0.3 pips in ICM for most parts of the day.

Hedged order allows the trader to be both short and long at any particular pair by including your position at zero. Its mostly used when traders think that there is considerable movement but not sure in which direction.

In my opinion, I would say FP Markets is a better ECN broker, as their trading conditions are good for scalping, and I trade with their ECN (raw) account which starts from as low as 0.0 pips.

Personally for me, i would only trade with a broker that is regulated. I would not trust my money with a broker that is not regulated by a decent regulator

I agree with Jlrobert FP Market for a long term is a perfect choice of broker. Been using them for a while now and so far so good no issues with it.

There are so many profitable traders, yes. But what do you think is the % of this? 10 or 20% at the most. Rest of the 80%+ end up losing money. Profit in FX is NOT impossible, however its not as easy as it sounds.

I will recommend my current broker FP Markets (ASIC regulated), i chose them after detailed research. They offer some of the best spreads, if you are a day trader the costs can make a huge difference to your profit.

Brokers don't like EA arbitrage. If they find our you're using arbitrage they will block you, and block your profits, I know a real case. Always ask the broker (anonymously) if they accept it, so they don't mess up with your trading.
