Please explain why you think US reduction in interetst rates would result in JPY going down. If japan interest rates go up then the value of JPY goes up. If USA cuts rates then USDJPY goes down.

Rubbbish. Japan has no inflation, it needs some inflation. Turkey has rapidly out of control inflation. They are opposite.
