More upside for EUR/USD to come , wouldn't touch the dollar with a barge pole, wave 4 in progress or wave 4 already finished, the only way is up ! The 1.25 2018 high seems a viable target.

EUR/USD possibly a triangle in progress. Alternatively the first leg of an ending diagonal ended at "(B)". After a bit more downside a breakout of 1.1187 looks tempting if you ask me.

GBP/USD first impuls in a C wave

Flip flopping alert ! But you have to be flexible. A pretty pathetic move down on EUR/USD for now as far as I'm concerned and it has that triangle look so I have an alternative scenario in mind. For a triangle it needs to hold above 1.2150.

I'm watching that one too and I think it will probably go higher but I take this as a wave 4 so there might be another low coming later on. Just my 2 cents.

I reckon we are already in the early stage of a C wave, so after a 3-wave recovery I think EUR/USD will drop next week but needs to hold below 1.2475 in this scenario. And I think this will be the first ABC from 1.2550 so this ABC is imo part of a ...

Sharp reversal I don't like it but above 1.2354 will stop me out. There is still an alternative bullish scenario which I missed initially, which is this WXY(or expanded flat when you count the move down from 1.2555 as 5 waves which I am not able to ...

EURUSD traded a few pips below 1.2204 a few minutes ago so imo that killed all bullish scenario's (extension of wave 5) so I reckon that 1.2555 is the top of the move from 1.03 and we're going slowly back to 1.1550 (Dollar index 95) but this is a ...

We got our new (marginal) high but I'm not yet convinced this is the top, if it trades below 1.2204 I reckon the top is in. But personally I'm not convinced the move up from 1.2204 unfolded in 5 waves so I'm going for the ending diagonal scenario ...

Because Prechter thinks this pattern is bogus. "According to Robert Prechter and A. J. Frost “Elliott invented this pattern during a period in which he was trying to force the pattern… Indeed it is clear that if such a pattern, if it existed, ...

Good stuff Actarus, and btw Eur/Usd looks quite similar and is imo also in a wave 4(of a larger 5th wave). So I expect first a deeper retracement (maybe even to 1.2225 the 38.2 fib) followed by a last new high above 1.2537 and then the whole move ...

Only wave 4, B and the last X wave are candidates for a triangle so i assume you trade a variation on the regular stuff ?
- barkie replied Oct 9, 2017
3 waves down, got rid of the triangle. Friday's low was imo either the end of wave 4 or just wave A of a triangle (and double zigzag is possible as well). Triangle is likely imo. Fridays reversal on a 15min is a clear impulse so I guess more to come ...

How about a triangle for B, now in wave C of 4, then new highs ?
- barkie replied Apr 2, 2017
Since the first wave of this larger fifth wave unfolded in 3 waves I think this should be an ending diagonal in progress, so in slow-motion to new lows. Obviously the bigger trade is to sell the dollar later on when all of this is done. Also, I ...

Great man, it fits ! (I guess you probably think that first wave wasn't 3 waves, MAKE it 3 waves) LOL
- barkie replied Jan 18, 2017
This could be a complete ending diagonal and the end of wave 4, similar on EUR/USD. It would be convincing if it clears 101.72 previous wave 4.

Spot on John

This reversal yesterday makes it in my view likely that a WXY (double three) is in progress, this wave 4 hasn't yet reached 38.2 of wave 3 (99/100). I want to short it at new highs but it looks like this will take a while.

And this one : url Wave A and B (of wave Z) seem to be complete so now a wave C up seems logical to complete Z.
