it has to break 1560 for it to be a valid double bottom. for now, the resistance at 1558 is strong and shows bearish pressure.

Well, If I close my short now I would lose the profits of the last 2 weeks :s. We trade and we learn, I don't know if I should hold and take a break next week with TP @ BE.

I close my sell very shortly after and made half of the loss back. there is something very confusing as the DOW is clearly going up, gold should go down. however gold is kind of bullish. i agree with you and think gold should go deeper before a ...

Yep, Good idea but very bad entry from my part. Should have waited just a few minutes for a perfect entry. The bullish technical pressure IN ADDITION TO the Coronavirus making the Dollar week should push gold higher.

Should we buy this? My Idea is that it is safe to wait it out. (I'm a bit crazy so I bought, Might be a very bad trade @ 1579)

We are still in the 1576 to 1585 range. The recent dip shows that both bears and bulls are fighting. however the bullish nature of bigger TF should push gold to the 1600 or remain at the level. It shouldn’t be too risky to buy dips.

No couldn't get my profit of it. The move started exactly when I left my desk. Unfortunate.

Yeah, I was 1 pip away from TP but had a lunch break. I'm holding the short.

Thank you for this Answer! I think I lost the money because of a weak mental in the past 2 months. I will go over what you said and trade with low capital to regain confidence and strengthen my mind again. GL My'man

Oh well, Just blew my account over GJ. Thank god I had withdrawn most of the profits earlier this month anyways and lost "only" £1300. I have had a Negative month during September And an even worst start to October after 9 months of green. What ...

Shouldn't have closed my sell :s. Bad trading from me today. I have a true issue with confidence.

The gold retesting the 1510 handle AGAIN and plummeting AGAIN is the best thing that could have happened for the sellers. I am now aiming at 1483 and bellow if 1500 is broken. We win some and lose some. I think this position is not the safest, but ...

I have the same feeling here guys. It looks like a great dip to BUY! I might go down and test 1486 thus having a SL bellow that is reasonable. My personal target is no more than 1512. We should also note that gold might consolidate around the 200 ...

Well, Gold failed to test all EMA's now. So it still has a lot of room to go up before falling down. Placing a sell sow would be very risky.

It hit my tp at 1505 didn't have time to adjust it. Booked less than a third of the profit I could have made. But still, profit so I can't really complain.

We can see that the small retracement we have here is on a very low volume! This reassures me in the idea that gold won't go down from there. unless trump tweets some random sh*t.

Completely agree! took a long scalp as well, counting on a bounce for the London Open. we are above a lot of support and this resistance only needs some trading volume from the bulls to make a crack. Aiming at 1504 then 1507.

Nice bro. I'm still on my sell And I believe we are in the perfect selling zone now. I 'm aiming for 1st target 1462. 2nd 1455, 3rd 1445. Although I believe we will have an uptrend formation when hitting the lows and will end up at 1550 at the end ...
