Industrial production up by 0.8% in the euro area and by 0.3% in the EU

In January 2025, compared with December 2024, seasonally adjusted industrial production increased by 0.8% in the euro area and by 0.3% the EU, according to first estimates from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. In December 2024, industrial production fell by 0.4% in the euro area and by 0.2% in the EU. In January 2025, compared with January 2024, industrial production remained stable in the euro area and decreased by 0.2% in the EU.
