I'm in awe of the strength of American companies, and I'm amazed to see that they're increasing their employment even at high interest rates, and I have to say, they're good.

Because it's going to be exceptionally warm this winter, U.S. companies will be free from the energy price burden, and we expect to see more jobs at reduced costs.
