The Committee is highly attentive to inflation risks. The Committee seeks to achieve maximum employment and inflation at the rate of 2 percent over the longer run. In support of these goals, the Committee decided to raise the target range for the federal funds rate to 4-1/2 to ... (full story)

I am not getting something special that will bull USD. What will be the repeated rate, continued hiking, or big pause? Not clear at all. We will wait for Powel's explanation.

Brother why are you still fighting King EUR? ECB is likely to raise by 50bp. If you must long USD may i suggest something like SGD or MXN where you dont have to fight a central bank.

It's the new optimism, obviously. Powell: "We see continued subdued growth, no recession, inflation coming down slowly". So the confidence overall is growing and maybe the people are selling now big bucks for stocks and risky stuff, melting the DXY for a while.
Also, downshifting inflation fight with 0.25% rate hike is perceived as a dovish Fed...
Plus the ECB is expected to push higher than the Fed...

That's right, but still, if we look at the end of this week, the Non-Farm Payrolls report went 517,000 new jobs, which is almost double its previous report. It's the 10th consecutive positive report for NFP, shouldn't that trigger a bigger correction in the crypto market? XAUUSD moved accordingly, and EURUSD also, but what about crypto? Are BTC and altcoins becoming Fed-resistant?

Nope. They are not anything-resistant. Not even to inflation as they were supposed to be. Alts and BTC are actually more indexes related, not so much with the USD.
