At the November Regulatory Affairs Committee neeting, the Financial Markets Standards Board (FMSB) provided an overview of its recent spotlight reviews.
The Committee then discussed the general feedback from the first consultation of the Global Precious Metals Code Version 2.
REACH is a permanent item on the agenda, however there were no updates and thus the Committee focused its attention on the Regulatory Workshop which took place during the Conference.
