A New York City restaurant earned a Guinness World Record for the most expensive French fry dish, one that is surely fit for royalty.

These "Creme de la Creme Pommes Frites" at Serendipity3 are not your average french fries. Instead, they're packed with a plethora of ridiculously luxurious ingredients that bring the price to a whopping $200

It all starts with sliced Upstate Chipperbec potatoes that get blanched in a bath of Dom Perignon Champagne and J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar, the restaurant says.

The potatoes are then fried in premium French goose fat before being seasoned with "Guerande Truffle salt, and tossed in Urbani Summer oil." They're then topped with shaved Crete Senesi Pecorino, cheese made from the milk of sheeps that "graze on the clay-rich hills of Crete Senesi, dotted with black truffles foraged from valleys and forests in Volterra and Miniato, Italy."

Lastly, they're topped with shaved Italian Black Summer Truffles, and sprinkled with 23-karat gold dust, according to a recipe published by Food & Wine

To top it all off, the fries are served with a side of Mornay dipping sauce made from "udder cream from Jersey cows, Black Truffle Butter, and Gruyere Truffled Swiss Raclette," Food & Wine says.

The dish was created by Serendipity3 corporate Chef Frederick Schoen-Kiewert, and creative director Joe Calderone.

"New York City has reawakened and the world is thrilled that Serendipity3 is back and better than ever," Calderone told Food & Wine. "We are so honored to be recognized by Guinness World Records for our creation of the most expensive French fries, the Creme de la Creme Pommes Frites, and look forward to creating even more over-the-top recipes in the future."
